Hard to tell if that was Davies fault or a top Bruno pass. World class finish from Ronaldo though. What I can say is picking Davies over Reggie is a strange fucking selection. However, clearly other teams have figured that if they just form a defensive line, we’re never going to break it down. It’s the same issue that’s been there since the end of Poch. The issue maybe Kane’s lack of running (avoided last season by dropping so deep and letting Sonny do the running).
It’s a conundrum: I don’t think Utd deserve to be ahead, they’re clearly dogshit and we’ve had a lot of the ball. However, we’re not breaking the Utd lines - Sonny can’t do it in his own and Lucas and GLC keep running into crowds.
