Not at all, just took the club signingthe CVC deal like Atletico did

Barca completely fucked itself financially, partly due to keeping him on for longer than you should have. You then offered him a new contract but it couldn't go through due to the league's rules .. what am I missing here?

Spurs aren't in anywhere near the same financial position as Barca, keeping Kane won't ruin us or the club.

Barca isn't fucked financially, highest revenue in the world but short term yes situation isn't the best.

You Don't think Tottenham would benefit from 125n to rebuild the squad?

Highest revenue, tremendous debt .. to the point where players in your squad had to reduce their wages. You're getting by on free signings and the likes of Luuk De Jong. The potential is still there, but currently your financial might is less than mid-table PL teams.

Benefit? Yes. We should've sold Kane *IF* 125m was actually gettable. But sell or not our future isn't fucked as we're not in a terrible financial situation.

Wage reduction is healthy regardless.

The finances really aren't that bad situation is overblown.

Mr Tebas already said he looked at the clubs finances and the club is exaggerating the situation.

Regardless everyone knows Spurs are a big club and can afford many signings but Levy hasn't done that historically so I don't see what will change now. Its more realistic for Kane to be sold and that money goes to a full rebuild.

Son Illicic Reyna
Reguillon Kessie Bellingham Emerson
Romero Sanchez De Vrij
Lloris

And still have money to spare.

Barca are fucked financially, it possibly only being short term doesn’t change that.

As for your second comment it’s a moot point. £125m has never been on the table and any future offer is likely to be less than the £75m plus add on‘s offered in the summer. There’s a huge difference between £75m and £125m in a transfer market.

125m was on the table, Pep said spurs refused to negotiate at all

Let’s not rewrite history here, City totally tried to take the piss. The only legitimate reporting of an official bid was that they offered 75m+25m in difficult add ons.

They tried to mug us off and unsettle the player and we shouldn’t have accepted even with the knowledge that Kane was going to play like a total prat.

Some of you lot need a straighten up and have a little pride. You wouldn’t last a day under Conte.

How can ppl be happy with a 0-0 draw to a poor Everton.

City prepared to pay 125m for Kane. Cash in and begin rebuilt early.

Barca didn't sacrifice clubs future to keep Messi for 3 more years

Idiot.

People can be happy because they can see (well those who watch, so not you) an actual game plan and style starting to emerge.

There’s not going to be some magic wand which transforms us into a good team this season. It will take a lot of hard work, training, time and transfers. Hopefully Conte is allowed to have all four.
