Maybe they have children in school, partners with jobs (!?), they don't live in hermetically sealed bubbles. Same with all the non playing staff.
It's probably the kids that they're all getting it from, they're mostly unvaccinated which pretty much guarantees they're going to get Omicron...

Only issue with this statement is that the vaccine doesn't stop you getting it. Just means you're a lot, lot, lot less likely to get ill.

Yeah, but it does limit spread as the virus doesn't get a grip.

I read somewhere that the reason Omicron is so transmissible is because it grows 70% faster than Delta in the airways but is less severe because it doesn't grow on lung tissue.

Everyone is eventually going to get COVID.
Pretty much, I figure that this is the beginning of the end for covid...the only fly in the ointment being that with everyone getting it there's going to be a lot of scope for a shitload more variants, one of which could be a vaccine beater...but hopefully is nothing more than a mild cold...

So , if this does go ahead there are positives. Most of our players will be back and fully trained throughout the week. Liverpool have played tonight and will only have 2 days rest. They also have VVD , Fabinho out with covid, so their defence can be got at.

Four down already...

Southampton v Brentford, Saturday, 18 December 15:00
Watford v Crystal Palace, Saturday, 18 December 15:00
West Ham United v Norwich City, Saturday, 18 December 15:00
Everton v Leicester City, Sunday, 19 December 12:00
At this rate they need to quickly reschedule games. If Soton and Norwich are Covid-free, move their future fixture up and have them play this weekend. Fewer games to reschedule later.

If it goes ahead 0-3 loss.. hopefully it’s cancelled , gets us closer to the January transfer window

Proper cuntish avatar you got there fella.... Suits you.
