(Thought Saints defended really well when they went down to 10 and the lack of space made it very difficult to get the ball behind them - we needed to move the ball waaaaay faster and we’ve needed a way around the ‘sit-in’ teams for years so I’m disappointed, but not surprised).

Of course it's corrupt! Two goals disallowed that should have stood. The refs did everything in their powers to prevent us from winning in the second half!
But you got to ask some questions to Conte today. Did we have to play a 5-man-defence in the second half? Why didn't he change wings for Doherty and Gil?
It's just an amalgam of little chances. We had something like 18 shots. Plus a penalty. I think the penalty is 0.9 xG so that only leaves 1.71 which is only something like 0.1 of an xG per shot.
2 Shocking decisions, but we were disjointed all game.
Or to bring the one we have off the bench?
