Sell Ali, Ndomble, Lo Celso, bergwyn, winks, Davies, docherty
Obtain revenue for these 7 and replace with fresh faces to compete weekly with the current team and we will have a bionic Tottenham
Simple

I’m going to assume you mean Alli, Ndombele, Lo Celso, Bergwijn, Winks, Davies, and Doherty. (How can a supporter manage to spell so many of our own players names wrong?!)
Anyway selling players isn’t simple in any window let alone 7 and in the January window. Getting in “De Vrij, Vlahovic, de Ligt, Kessie and a couple of others” also won’t be simple and don’t appear to have thought about the home grown quota either.

Understatement, considering Juventus want over 100 million for De Ligt and I imagine his wages would make Levy faint!

If he isn’t already on more than £200k a week I’ll be surprised, but that’s definitely what he’ll want at his next club.

He's definitely on over 200, and for sure will want more out of a move, and Raiola will want a lovely big agent's fee to go with that.

And he's honestly not even been that good for Juventus, thoroughly disappointing if anything given the hype & fee.

Ah, yes, I forgot about Raiola. In that case we should steer well clear.
I think I’d rather see us sign a few younger players with potential than make one big marquee signing anyway. I’m wary of us investing big money on players from European leagues after seeing how well Ndombele has worked.

Someone on reddit suggested adding Cantwell from Norwich to give us some midfield depth.

I could see some logic in this. He was one of Norwich's few shining lights the last time that they were in the Premier League. He and Skipp had great chemistry at Norwich, and he could play both in the central midfield or as one of the interior 10s behind Kane.

Norwich reportedly want around 30 mil and he is homegrown. He hasn't shined this season but he has reportedly had a falling out with management.

I think it's clear how Conte sees the squad.

NOT TRUSTED: Ndombele, Lo Celso, Dele, Rodon, Doherty, Gil, Bergwijn, Gollini.

These are the players that he has obvious doubts over. Gil probably has time on his side but he needs to stay fit and show he can be useful. Bergwijn played well against West Ham but as usual was immediately injured. Conte will never rely on players who are always injured.

Hopefully we can move on Ndombele and Lo Celso, this has to be the number one priority in terms of outgoings. They never play and when they do they are useless. Their replacing of Dembele and Eriksen is what destroyed this team and we need to accept that they have failed and find at least one new CM who has the qualities to succeed here.
I think he has said more or less the opposite about Bergwijn and Rodon.
