"Ok so I've been holding back a little bit because of reactions to ITK posts over the last few windows. Prior to that I've always been fairly to the point and as in depth as I could, but the sheer number of creative ratings given to various ITK posters and certain posters purposely twisting posts just to create a certain narrative meant I couldn't be bothered in all honesty. I carried on sharing within our back of house group as have others, but believe me when I say there's a fair bit you are no longer hearing because some of you can't take ITK for what it is.

Nothing is ever set in stone and things are fluidly changing all the time, sometimes by the time it's been posted on here it's done a complete 180 and back again. Depending on where the info has come from there may well be agenda and or opinion attached, which can skew things. Personally I try and say if I believe this to be the case and depending on the source sometimes that's easier to do than at other times. I generally say when it's come from an agent(but sometimes agents are better placed than even Levy would be depending on the player involved). Or it's from someone I know at the club and has been there for years. So with that in mind I'll try again, and probably for the last time. As I say take it for what it is which is info that has been passed on in good faith and at the time of hearing was as it was.

Doc, TN, Dele, Rodon, Davinson, Bergwijn are all deemed surplus. There are others we'd accept offers for but they'd have to be above what we consider their value to be. Conte wants 3 in in January, and 3 more in the Summer. It wouldn't be a deal breaker if we only got a couple in now but 6 was what they agreed to be realistic and necessary over the next couple of windows. The priority right now is for a CB that can play left and center a RWB and an attacking option. I know there will be a plethora of you out there with the opinion that other positions are more important, but Conte would like these first, and it has to be done his way now. As I say things are fluid and if the right player became available in another position we would of course look to bring them in as well.

As I posted yesterday It's always been about being in the right place for the start of next season. This next few months are effectively a huge pre season where the players are to learn their new roles and ethos of how the manager wants to play. He wants to first be solid defensively, it's his main priority and the hardest part of his system to get across to the players as it's usually a different system to anything they've played before. From what I was told he feels it's for easier for a good AM to slot into any system and find runners, than it is for CB's or WB's to understand how he wants them to play during different phases of play. That's why he wants to get that side of things established and in place first. Like I say should the right AM become available we'd not turn our noses up but it's not the priority as of right now.

Conte knew exactly what he was getting into when he came in, nothing at all has changed FP has been working on things and I expect us to get at least two and probably the 3 Conte wants this month. I certainly wouldn't rule out more than that if we can get players moved on which again is down to FP now. January as we all know is always difficult but I think FP with all his contacts will find it easier than we've found it in the past.

You need to give it time folks because one things for sure we won't get a better chance than we do with Conte, and anything we can get from this season is a bonus."

He is better than Dier.

I said him coming to us would be too big of a jump for him so how is that rating him. Burnley is a good fit he should stay there or a similar level club- Southampton, Brentford, Palace etc.

Your not well if you can't even recall what you said. He is not an upgrade on Eric Deir that's why Burnley are going down and you think he is good but cant recall saying it.

While not ideal Tarkowski would be an upgrade on what we have, knowing us it will be some 22 year old mediocre defender from a mid table Portuguese team.

The bolded bits what you actually said not what you imagined. That's why I said your assessment of players fascinates me. You either a complete fraud compulsive liar or your pulling these opinions out of a Tombola

He is an upgrade on Dier, that doesn’t mean he is good enough for us.

I said we are too big a club for him. If you aren’t going to bother to read then maybe don’t comment.
 
I think we’ll try and get De Ligt from Juve in the Summer.

Won’t get him. But I think that’s the sort of player Conte is after. He’s not going to settle for some journeyman PL defender.

We are not making 5 signings in January be realistic and stop pretending this is FM. Even if Levy was more willing to buy we still wouldn’t be making 5 signings. That’s a summer thing.

I think he is a solid CB that doesn't make many mistakes but also doesn't offer much more than reliability. He is going to get a boost for being HG but most of the links I see for him is WH and below.

Yeah....that was tommy . That's why you hit the reply to his post. So you still going to die on the Tarkowski is better than Deir Hill because he is really crap. Seen him live and he is shocking I'll not hold you to it but if you stick with its going to be hard not to laugh....just saying ok

Remember when we signed Ndombele, the press said others were after him and that Poch helped persuade him to come. We were all delighted, we thought we were getting a star. He is clearly a brilliant footballer but Poch or the scouts didn’t appreciate his lazy attitude. Strange because Poch would often talk about having to be careful about signing players with the right values and commitment. Perhaps they put to the back of their minds because they were getting desperate. His signing reminds me a bit of David Bentley…all that talent but not the brains or attitude to make anything of it.

Lucas has 4 goals two years ago, 3 goals last year and 2 goals this year. That isn't close to good enough from a position that is relied upon to produce goals.

And I am not sure most disagree with me, I see a lot of people saying Moura should be a sub not a starter.

We don't have room for a player like him that can't score, can't pass and can't create. It doesn't mean that we shouldn't improve other areas but assuming we have Son and Kane upfront and Skipp as 1 in the MF 3 it is the other two MF spots that we need to upgrade, one of those spots is currently Moura's.

Lets get rid of the only outfield player that , at the moment , offers something. There are way more important replacements in lots of positions needed , but you keep on hating
