I literally have no idea what this means. I assume it's some kind of insult. :/ Working in finance myself, I'm just more aware than many on here it seems that financial stability remains important. Saying FFP 'allows us' to spend £400m is a totally stupid argument to spend money, it's just one factor, there are plenty of other factors to consider, including of course our BoD's financial view of the club, which has nothing to do with what FFP will 'let' us do.
I've only been on this forum 18 months or so, but it seems more and more apparent that anyone with a carefully explained view will more often than not be greeted with a very short insult or "You're wrong" or something like that, with no attempt made to present or explain a contrasting opinion. It's a shame - we could all probably learn if we at least try to understand the point others are making, even if we still at the end don't agree with it. :/
