This is a sad reflection of how bad our scouting is and the problems we face in the transfer market. We won't do what big clubs do and write these wasters off, we'll keep them around thus limiting incoming transfers.

I agree. Expecting Levy to stay loyal to his true priorities.
Conte is already making noises in the press conferences though so it'll be Levy's reputation destroyed if a clear statement of intent isn't made in this window.
Even if its just signing a couple of top quality free transfers for the summer.
