Being called a robot & enic employee is worst then classless twat, asshole & mong all of a sudden. The way they warp reality to suit the support of levy & his followers is getting silly now.
As Conte says we aren't fixing this in one or two windows. So many positions needing an upgrade. And the damage has been done with poor recruitment over several years. That needs to improve massively, but there are few signs it will.
Given that, and that we have been crap at finding value buys, I'd rather we pay for proven quality, even if it means we only have the money to fix one or 2 positions per window. Better that than spread our budget too thinly and buy more mediocrity.
I think top priority should be a quality centre mid in the summer - Kalvin Phillips would do nicely. But the painful rebuild has a long way to go.
