Transfers January 2022 - Transfer Window

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

Not solely no but I think the vast majority of our revenue we receive from match day would be reinvested in the team. Where do you think the TV money is going and the sponsorship deal money? How do you expect to pay back the money that was borrowed to build the project?

Hence why Levy said that stadium costs wouldn't affect spending, its not difficult to understand the strategy here what they are trying to do in terms of using the money received from the profits on transfers.

I just read your other post, you said that this £1b stadium isnt a financial burden, this isn't a serious conversation is it. 🤦‍♀️
When are you gonna get real?

Interesting comments from Conte about Ndombele.

(Separate post-match question from Sky) Why wasn't Tanguy Ndombele involved in the squad today?

It was a technical decision but before to take the decision, I don't take the decision if I don't consult the club. There is the club line and I have to follow the club line.

I do wonder if players who are signed with add ons are sometimes benched in order to avoid paying the add ons.
He's obviously not lived up to the hype. The reports suggest he cost up to £60m with add ons. What are those add ons?

Looks like all the big clubs are watching Calvin Ramsay. But with a surname like that he's born to play for Spurs - although I know, it's spelled a little different than (Alf) Ramsey.

He's dating Leah Gauld for those who are into WAGS lol

Most probably not related to another player Spurs were once strongly linked with (and bullet dodged), Ryan Gauld - the Scottish "Messi"...

not trying to be a dick here but where does the funding and ultimately the profit for this go? Is it separate from the stadium and footballing side?

I guess the reason I ask is, are ENIC getting a decent return on their real estate ventures? How does this impact their overall investment and worth. Does it impact the club value or is it a side gig?
Tottenham Hotspur complete refinancing of UK£637m stadium loans

The financing package is said to be organized in a way that makes debt repayment manageable without reducing the funding of developing the team.

Basic (non paranoid) answer.

If the investments are in the club name then it trickles into club accounts.

If I the name of ENIC, then ENIC'S accounts benefit.

I haven't seen such tiring transfer window. Maybe we have too many expectations? Or do we fear that Conte will walk? With all due respect, I don't think it's possible, at least till the summer. Anyhow, 2 or 3 signings would be enough, ideally CF and RWB.

It's a hard window and let's not get too ahead of ourselves. I know we are spending not enough, but summer will be very active, as everybody is saying.

COYS. Be more positive.

How much longer are some of you guys on here gonna defend these parasites getting fat off our great football club while the team continues to stagnate?

Less risk investing in property than in moody spoilt menchildren who happen to have skill with a football.

If they could roll the pitch away and have a block of flats pop up, they'd be fucking all over it.
