No based on what he has said, the level of the players and the kind of players he has had in the past.
Again I am not saying he doesn't want them I am saying their isn't much to go with the idea "good enough for Conte good enough for me" that implies some sort of endorsement from Conte that these are quality players that we have no proof of.

Kulu and Betancur will be good or they won't, that's what matters.
Unlike Amrabat, both are across a minimum talent threshold to be potentially good players. Neither are proven enough to be anything resembling sure things. The story is yet to be written.

And he definitely isn't that creative piece of the midfield puzzle that we are crying out for
I prefer him to them yes, but I am not sure we needed more of that. He doesn't bring progression, passing, creativity, goals, ability when pressed or really anything we were looking for in midfield.
It isn't a terrible move but moderately improving we already have players in is not really that great. That is my problem with the signings.
But I guess at this point with Levy and Paratici slight upgrades are about the best we can hope for.

He literally didn't approve any of those signings. Drinkwater and Morata were never his request. Not sure about Bakayoko, but if he requested him then that's the only transfer he's been wrong about. The man transformed Lukaku at Inter and made Darmian, Sanchez and Vidal footballers again...
