I wouldn't be happy letting him go at this stage of the window as it doesn't look like we're going to bring in anyone better.There is a lot of emphasis being put on a 3 minute stretch of play to ignore 45+ games of mediocre (being kind) play from Bergwijn outside of that.
If the plan was to move him before the Leicester game I would hope we still stick with that plan. I am not that upset if we keep him as he has talent but expecting him to produce goals seems very hopeful. He hasn't shown anything to indicate he can be relied on to score at the PL level.
If we had brought in Luis Diaz, it would have been a different story
