But looking at the window as a whole, 3 high-wage players out (2 with complex contract situations), 1 project loaned out for minutes, with two solid role players in who fit Conte's needs is an extremely good January window, given how hard it is to get things done. Yes, it took all window, but everyone in Europe was in the same situation.
It clears up a lot of salary space to make big moves in the summer to fully shape the squad to Conte's requirements.

Hurts you emotionally or hurts the team's performance? In the PL, Dele has one goal and 0 assists this season. The one goal is on a penalty. Pretty sure I'd have a good chance at producing the same stats if played the same.

Hurts emotionally of course. Anyone who's been a fan for more than 20 minutes is going to miss Dele. The last few years haven't been great, but being played out of position the whole time wasn't helping matters. Either you get it, or you don't.
The writing was on the wall for the fat, lazy and past it the moment Conte stepped through the door. Bit sad Dele didn’t step up but I wish him well.
