Spurs probably the most active PL team in the transfer window with 2 first teamers coming in and 4 who rarely played leaving.
We brought in 50% of the 4 first teamers joining any of the top 10 PL clubs, and if we had not played by Mendes would have brought in 2 others.
Did we fix all the problems in the squad - no, plenty to work on in the summer.
But by bringing in 2 players who are likely to play more than the 4 who left, we are a stronger squad with less disharmony.
Did our closest rivals do better - no ! ManU weakened (Greenwood, Martial left, no ins), Woolwich (no first team ins, Auba left), West Ham (no ins)
So relative to our closest rivals in PL we did well.
