I’m gonna be honest, I’d be a little sad for Brentford if Eriksen leaves them just after six months for nothing. They gave him a chance back to football and him leaving after only six months after it would be using them basically has a glorified gym. But hey, just my opinion and I really like Eriksen.

If he helps them stay up (as is seemingly the case); it'll have worked just fine for all parties.

Or Schlotterbeck. He's been pretty vocal about not wanting to leave Germany
Seems impossible these days to get a "proven" CB for a reasonable price.

With English players, they're either too young/inexperienced to start for us, or get snapped up and then priced out of our reach. If you're desperate, you end up with fucking Ben White for 50m.

With foreigners you get issues like this. We got really lucky with Romero.

There is a good, solid, EPL experienced England international available for free this summer.
Ideal addition to our squad.

Consulted!? That´s a new one!

Angelino would be a monster under Antonio Conte. Watching his game v Atalanta now and he's tearing Koopmeiners (I believe it's him) and Hateboer a new one. His crossing is as good as I've seen from a full/wing back. When did he become this good? I remember him being average at City.

I'm sure for something like 50-60m pounds we could get a leading league star like Tyrone Mings

:contefacepalm:

apparently since the day he joined RB Leipzig. There was some article about Pep not giving him a chance at the time.

He would be great.

On the topic of Leipzig. Tedesco would be a great Spurs manager one day.

Apparently Schlotterbeck already agreed move to Dortmund, for as little as €20m. Paratici should probably not wait till summer to plop down €35m in front of the Freiburg director/chairman.

According to a report by Portuguese publication A Bola (via Sport Witness), who claim that the 22-year-old’s agent, Edgardo Lasalvia, has revealed that a number of top European clubs – including Spurs – have made contact with Benfica concerning a move for the centre-forward at the end of the current campaign.

The report then goes on to state that, as a result of the Uruguay international’s spectacular form both domestically and in European competition this season, the Liga Portugal side will demand a figure of around €100m (£83.5m) in order to part with the striker this summer.

We won't sell Lucas, I just don't see it. Unless Lucas wants too. He is a good squad player, Conte obv likes him, so why we should sell him? Bergwijn has much higher pricetag and probably will want to leave, so that's that.

Expectation that Lucas will leave is just silly..
