He was only here 7 and was average in his first 2 seasons and more than 1 season toward the end.
He had a purple patch of about 4 excellent years sandwiched between an average start and a dire end.

I'd rather have Bale back just because he never takes his foot off the gas.

I was at Brighton away when we lost 3-0, eriksen was awful and got absolutely caned by the travelling fans

Exactly. Conte will call Levy and if Levy does not give a fair response he will call the reporters saying that there is no shit that is okay. Levy must listen to Conte if he wants to take a next step, which is to fight for the championship. Conte is not interested in fighting for 4th place again next year

We have fought for the championship and lost. We have fought for trophies in semi finals and finals and never looked like winning one. We are light years anyway from competing with MC & Liverpool next season whatever we spend in the summer. The more players we buy the longer it will take at the start of the season to get going.
I believe Conte is realistic enough to know that whilst we can improve upon this season that whatever we do we are not winning the League next season as we have not every other season since 1961. What needs to happen is we go up a level and get close and then maybe it will be more realistic the following season. Kane wants to win a trophy and that surely must be the aim next season. He has 2 years of his contract left and at the end of next season if he does not sign a new contract then he will be sold reducingany chance of winning anything the following season.
Conte needs to concentrate on winning a trophy next season which will require improving the squad for when we start playing twice a week again.

I know your history but the lack of victories does not detract from the charm of your team. It is clear that MC and Liverpool are great teams but I can assure you that Conte does not go to a team to do a two-three-year contract. He goes to grow, to create a winning mentality. For his project he asks for players / purges players, stresses the club, beats and punches and throws himself into the fire so that everything goes well. He becomes the first fan, he is crazy. With all due respect to Pochettino, who in several years has achieved excellent results, he will not stay on one side (like a big hamster) to mull over. It is an earthquake. and if something remains it will happen.

I was there and the whole fucking team was a disgrace

If he was happy to come back let's get him. He's playing well and would add to the squad strength.

I don't care too much about how bad he played at the end. A midfield of Kulu Betancor #23 - what's not to like, especially against teams that play for 0-0

I think the most realistic prospect for us next season is to be where Chelsea have been this season. Clearly the third best teams, and if they can keep everyone fit and firing, an outside chance of the title.
