Chelsea and Woolwich both making big moves.

Be embarrassing if we are left trailing behind by these 2 clowns. Not fussed about Jesus, but reports are saying Woolwich are going for both Jesus and Raphinha, which means they are clearly being serious in the market. Time for Spurs to step up and blow these pricks out the water. Table that 65 mil bid and snap up Raphinha ffs, we are a CL club. Do it!!

I think we need to go for raphinia rather than richarlison. Has far more skill and ability ti score great goals. Just the sought of player you need in contes system especially if we sit back.
It will be ironic that when we do have a load of money to spend we don’t.
Hope we don’t end up with some panic buys.
There has to be some real quality out there . Clubs employee lots of people to go and scout. Must be the best job in the world!

Not exactly a high-profile rumor but anyway...

Sonny Perkins could leave West Ham with no movement on a new contract despite interest from the likes of Leeds United and Tottenham Hotspur.

SONNY PERKINS COULD LEAVE WEST HAM

Perkins is out of contract this summer and has just six days left on his contract.

The 18-year-old, who can play as an attacking midfielder or forward, currently looks set to leave West Ham.

The Athletic claim that no progress has been made during talks with Perkins. The issue is that Perkins is, in West Ham’s eyes, asking for too much money.

Aston Villa, Leeds and Tottenham tussle for West Ham youngster Sonny Perkins

  • Highly rated 18-year-old catches the eye of Premier League rivals
  • Wage demands disagreement leaves striker heading for exit

Aston Villa, Leeds and Tottenham are battling to sign Sonny Perkins, with the promising young forward increasingly likely to leave West Ham because of a disagreement over his wage demands.

The 18-year-old striker made three appearances in all competitions for David Moyes’s side last season and underlined his potential by scoring 12 goals at under-23 level. However, West Ham are struggling to convince Perkins to sign a new deal, with his contract set to expire at the end of this month, and the uncertainty has caught the attention of other Premier League clubs.

Leeds were quick to bolster their academy by signing promising young players from their rivals. They bought the 20-year-old striker Joe Gelhardt from Wigan in 2020 and the 19-year-old midfielder Lewis Bate from Chelsea last year. They are trying to lure Perkins away from West Ham, though there is also interest from Spurs and Villa.

Perkins made his senior debut off the bench during West Ham’s victory over Rapid Vienna in the Europa League last November. He then made his full debut against Dinamo Zagreb and has made one substitute appearance in the Premier League. He is rated highly and has featured for England at youth level, but West Ham believe Perkins is asking for too much money and are unlikely to break their wage structure to keep him.

You've just posted 'reports are saying Woolwich are going for both Jesus and Raphinha which means they are clearly being serious.'

I've seen numerous reports on here about Spurs in for Raphinha, Richarlison, Jesus, two of them or all three probably at some point.

I'm not saying they are all true or any of them as they are reports from the internet and mostly clickbait bullshit whats the point in believing one team's reports as showing intent and ignore another's.

I am genuinely amazed at all the panic that has appeared today. 24th June and we have signed 3 good additions, 2 of whom improve the first team and Forster who improves our back up goalkeeping position. Lots going on which we are not party to and as no one here actually knows who Spurs are in for I don't understand the angst.
It will happen in its own good time.

Woolwich have apparently agreed a deal for both. I don’t see anything remotely close to that in relation to Spurs mate and our forward search

Very judgmental ain’t you? You don’t even know me bud.

We have all seen how this plays out under Levy hence the pessimism. If you can’t accept a differ in opinions, i suggest you block me because you bore me
It’s like us doubters of ENIC saying anyone that admires our transfer dealings over the last 22 years gets visited by 3 ghosts and an ex biz partner on Xmas eve , pretty ridiculous position to take . As is if you want to spend more aggressively you want the club to do a Leeds. Neither argument stacks up , just some of us are more sceptical about our new found desire to spend and compete than others
