He’s not been playing well, lack of goals aside. Wasn’t an issue before (when he hit a dry patch) as he was generally still dangerous and playing well

I think what football is showing currently across Europe is how the big name managers aren't exactly all that much better than the up and comers. Tuchel sacked. Allegri ballsing up majorly at Juve. Conte being a bit weird for us currently. Nagelsmann ballsing up at Bayern. Klopp struggling. Simeone unusually flustered at Atletico.
Puts into perspective some of the ridiculous melting and the copism after the Sporting match, some of the fans were calling for the managers head, some of the fans were accepting that he's just going to walk out, what is this fanbase

Potter obviously just got his first ''big'' job. Xavi is doing well at Barca in his first ''big job''. Pioli just won Serie A (his first major honour as manager). De Zerbi just got the Brighton job and is one of the best young mangers about. Gallardo in Argentina (who I wanted before Conte became a real option for us) is one of the best in the world. Ruben Amorim at Sporting, as we saw very recently, is extremely talented and made Conte look a little silly.
Skint Juventus will spend £30m to sack Allegri to pay another £20m to hire Conte.
