Why do Spurs fans ask if Conte will stick around? Of course he will. He knows that he gets paid big ££ when he gets sacked next month.

You’re all clinging onto Conte coming good but he falls out with every single owner wherever he goes.

He will be even more fed up than usual here because he’s not winning any trophies, has average players and knows there are at least 3 better managers in the same league he works in.

He’s done. If he was Woolwich manager you’d all be loving it because the football is dreadful and as a project, hiring Conte is as short term as you can get.
 
some managers suit us some do not, i must admit i was expecting better football with conte then mourinho but i cannot say it truly is

his chelsea side attacked, so did his inter side, yet watching this side its timid reactive and straight up boring
 


Can’t believe only just seen this! Do hope the dressing room doesn’t get toxic with losses against top 6 sides. Has he stamped out these outbursts entirely, or is just for the media?

We've bought one good CB since Toby Alderweireld in 2016.

Our CBs "signings" since then:

Foyth -- 11m
Sanchez -- 40m
Tanganga -- free
Rodon -- 11m
Romero -- 45m
Lenglet -- free

Total: 107m. We weren't trying to fix the CB problem FFS. We don't splash out big money, nor do we hoard a bunch of young prospects, and the ones we get are shit.

Chavs just spent about the same on Fofana and Koulibaly in the summer.

Romero is a good CB. Rough around the edges and not even close to what this board thought he was for a while, but good. There's real potential there.

The rest of that list is garbage. Although I did actually rate Foyth and was sad to see him go.
 
I'll be honest, I'm starting to get worried.

It feels like our competition have all gone up a level while we've been left behind. After today, I'm not even 100% sure we'll get top 6 this season with the way Newcastle are playing. I wouldnt have said that even a few days ago.

I dont know what the answers are but Conte needs to earn that extension. He said we need two transfer windows but I think he's being optimistic, we'll need more than just that. If he wants to stay I hope he knows that and is committed.

Conte will be gone before he gets two more windows.

I don’t even feel he will get January. He’s a toxic character like Jose was. We needed to steer well clear of him but football fans in general are short sighted and see finishing in the Top 4 as some kind of trophy.

In reality, we will probably crash out of the CL in the next round and finish 5th-7th this season.

At least with a Potter or Ten Hag type manager, you can finish 5th but see improvement. Chelsea and Man Ure actually enjoy their matches. I hate our football under Jose Mk.2.

1 due to levy not keeping promises and two because he wants to go back to italy to be with his family

he will be juve manager this time next year
