Will be uselucasTime to move Perisic further up the pitch then until Kulu is back, if we are playing a 3 of course. I really want Gil to get more minutes but throwing him in on the start against likes of Liverpool might not work and be better to cameo for 30
I think his time with Spurs is all but finished if he doesn’t play in this World Cup. He’s going to need a reset to get his mental state reignited again. He’s already been in a fragile state this entire season.Doubt it. Could fuck him up mentally for the rest of the season at least.
This World Cup will be HUGE for him & he will do everything he can, including endangering his own health, to play in it. And if he doesn't then the fallout from that could be huge. I don't see that benefitting us at all.
Sadly yep. Probably in a 2 up top then
After the little fat twat in North Korea?Whoever it was that injured him just became enemy number 1 in South Korea

Good point I'll have a look on ticket exchange. It'll be interesting to see what happens in terms of ticket availability and attendance to games in the coming weeks. He draws a loyal South Korean crowd and I wonder if they'll still turn up for Tottenham games if he isn't playing.
Probably exactly what Conte will do. Problem is, that leaves us with Sess and Royal as WBs vs Liverpool, which is far from ideal.Time to move Perisic further up the pitch then until Kulu is back, if we are playing a 3 of course. Much as a I hate the hapless Lucas, he’s arguably a better option than recent Son

Give what a rest? I love the guy and think he’s been our best player for the last few years but he is done here. We have other players that can fill in for him once Kulu and Rich come back. He’s already mentally shot and he’s not getting younger. It’d be wise to move on. How many times have we seen a 30+ year old winger fall off a cliff?

I was thinking this but the only way I could personally put him in is put Davies in lwb as I think salah will destroy sess leaving the lcb position open which then means sanchez comes in as he's the only other fit cb we have. I think ultimately he's probably going to stick with perisic and emerson and go lucas kane up top.Perisic could play in a front three.
Kulu is surely back soon too.
I read that in a Borat voiceIn any top team he already would have been droppes like 10x time already and not touch the ground.
Even if he make a comeback in the second half of the season we need to sell him. He is on the slide and will get worst and worst.
Top team also can't rely on player who perform good/great in just 50% matches(it's yet to see if he will do a good second half of the seaaon). And in Son case he is gone for long periods of time, where he just ruin every single attack. His off is not like some other players, who just have a few stinkers and not score goals, but still contribute for the team. Son is absolutely dog..... in every part when he is in his off phase.
