Ole was a rookie manager totally out of his depth but he was given signings he wanted and there was serious investment in his team.
Conte is a world class manager who’s won everywhere he’s been but is being let down by the same turd players that have left countless previous managers down.
It does feel a bit like , and I mean most of our recent managers , that because we lack ambition as a footballing business, we get rid of them .

Issue is who else. I can understand the Emerson Royal argument but the rest he plays are the best in their position we have.
What other players can he play and what system could he put these players in that other managers (Poch/Jose/Nuno) haven’t tried?

Conte should play Hakimi, Bellingham, Skirinar, Bastoni of course. Keeps leaving them on the bench.

We don’t exactly have great full backs either though. Emerson and Davies would be our best bet’s and they’re just a milifraction better full backs than wing backs which doesn’t say much…
And we don’t have the midfielders for a 4/3/3. We’ve no out and out number 6/DM and no no.8s that are comfortable/good enough on the ball. Bissouma is the only midfielder we have that would fit a 4/3/3 and his true quality is very much up for debate after the first half of the season he’s had.
The squad is just simply shit. It really is.

Not sure of your point? The football at Inter was still shit. granted, not as shit as what we serve up but there was a greater delta for his Inter players relative to the rest of Serie A than for us relative to the rest of the PL.
