Yep. Levy has always tried to act bigtime without giving the backing. Appointed Arnesen who wanted Jol as manager but Levy wanted a big name so overuled him with Santini. Hence Jol coming in as coach and Arnesen and Santini falling out almost straight away. Shambles.
Most manager Arteta, Pep, Klopp have no plan B. That is the point, they have plan A and you buy them the players for plan A to work. We don’t have the players for Conte plan A so it’s fucked.
TBH, it wasn't better but at least Conte has been backed more than Mourinho era and it certainly should be better than this.
For what we need, Poch is the right choice for me.
We need to accept we’re in need of a rebuild and there’s no one I trust more in that than Poch for a club like us. At least he’s adaptable in his tactics.
We got close, we failed and now we’re on the way down. Kane and Son are going to need replacing soon, and that’s been our main outlet for 6-7 years. Kane should leave and go and win a trophy, he’s career deserves it.

I love Spence, and I think his treatment has been a disgrace, but if our fans think that Spence would make us 10x better as a team, then we deserve 10x shit than what we're getting at the moment.
