I almost wonder if we're hesitant because we're not sure Conte will be here beyond this season.

45m smashed down on Porro only to get a new manager in who doesn't want to play with wing backs and Porro is no right back.

You can see it in him. He is broken he knows he not winning shit with us just like Jose.
We need a much bigger budget for the contes and the mourinhos of this world for success.
We either need massive investment via a takeover or a project manager to create a winning side like poch nearly did or Arteta is likely to do.
What we are doing now is neither one or the other

It does make you wonder, but Porro seems like it'd be done already if Sporting weren't holding so firm (i.e. paying the release clause would mean 100% of the cash up front, which almost never happens). Still think it gets done.

God I wish we could bring Udogie back early.

Yep. Act like a superclub off the field and when appointing managers but with an upper mid table budget and lower mid table scouting.
 
Regardless of Enic and Levy, the football we’ve played this season has been fucking abysmal.

Everyone needs to go. The board, Conte, most of the players. We need a proper refresh.
 
Sticking with 343 after we got overran at their place in October was suicidal.

Leaving it too late to make subs was suicidal.

Conte’s not the main problem with this club, it runs much deeper, but he really didn’t help us today
 
Anyone defending Conte, name 3 performances this season where we were good for 90 minutes. The side has weak spots, but its not shit enough to explain that.

Yeah that’s something that needs addressing but I just look how shit Woolwich were for a couple of seasons yet they stuck by the manager and now they are going to win the league!

We play much better on the front foot as numerous 2nd halfs this season have shown but conte starts every match with the handbrake on. Does he never learn? Start fast get in their faces like we did 2nd half the today but it’s already too late AGAIN

Totally agree its really not either or. Conte isnt staying here, its obvious now and he will probably be followed in the summer by Lloris, Son and Kane. The only way we rebuild from that lot is with new owners. They'd get every decision wrong if they're still here.

That's because everyone knows full well that we aren't getting anyone better than him (unless it's Klopp or Guardiola) and that he can't do anything with this side.
