Not quite true. We did score against Leeds in the first half 6 games ago. Even so we have scored once in the first half in the last 14 games in all competitions. It is truly shocking

He did t want a play maker. Could have got ericksen for free and he starts every gane fir manure. Apparently he didn’t want Maddison. So you do have to question his thinking. Then comes out says we need a creative player. Exactly where is that player gonna fit in with his system? Doesn’t fucking add up.
The only thing we have actually heard from Conte himself is that the squad doesn't have creative players and players that can beat their man 1v1.
Good point there are only so many high players in those positions . And those will already be at top clubs unless you can find / scout some gems. Yet his not interested in that as that too much work for him. Every other team seem to manage. Why have we let in more goals than spam and Everton? Bar codes have let in 11 goals so far. Would you say they have world class defenders. We could have got botman or Bruno g but didn’t go fir them. They seemed to be coached to defend properly put some effort in and actually have some intensity in their play unlike ours. I’d wager howe would prbly get better defensive performances from our players than conte who is renowned for being ultra defensive. Is it his coaching that makes his teams better defensively or the players he has had?
Well let’s see conte pull off a tactical master class. Even Jose managed v barca when at inter. Surly these are the ganes where he sets the team up to win over two legs. He has 6 weeks during wc break to plan for ac gane. I’m expecting him to show his worth if his still here however it’s unlikely. Of course. He's limited at RWB, CB and CM by quality or by injury (or both), he also can't play Perisic every game and he's had a lot of injuries to key forward players. He's not trying to lose, people like Conte never want to lose.
