Levy is a tactican he doesn’t think as a long term strategist (football wise, off the pitch another matter) it’s all opportunist buys, new manager gets to kick the can down the road, he has always operated like that.
There isn’t an underlying philosophy/idea of how he wants the football to be with a plan built to achieve that. It’s more Danjuma is cheap grab him, Nuno is unpopular grab Conte etc.

Got the early slot for the kart track in the morning.
They got rid of Pochettino after giving him no players for 18 months then got in 3 pragmatic counterattacking managers (counter to the ethos of the club, and directly what they said they would avoid appointing publicly) and didnt back them either. We also now have a DOF whose main strength is the Italian market which he is no longer allowed to operate in because of criminal proceeedings. We spent all January chasing a £40M marquee signing at right back (when we had two on the books, admittedly not as good) to fit a managers system who they know is leaving in a few months. Wtf?
Where exactly do they go from here?

They will happily pay him £10M a year as thats a damn sight cheaper than a £50M centre back at £200K p/w, which the last two "elite managers" need for their system to work, and thats just the tip of the iceberg in regards to what we need on the playing staff side now. This lot are cowards of the highest order and will not, EVER, take any form of responsibility for it.
