I beat John Elkes of Basildon Berry Boys club who was their " star " and another lad from Canvey Island club who was voted their most promising boxer. He complained to the ref I was too rough !
I had a hammer of a left which lifted Colin Derrick off his feet and dumped him on his arse. When I got out the ring people were giving me money saying I was the first to do it. Derrick was some boxer and turned pro as did Mark Kaylor after failing to trouble me.

My unpopular opinion is to give Conte another season if we make top 4.

I don't think we'll be bringing anyone in better than him, and I remember before his arrival we were absolute dog shit, playing games in the fucking conference league.

I remember last season, anyone who said that we had a chance at top 4 would completely get battered, but in the end he brought us there.

This squad isn't has strong as some people think, and when he says he needs time, he actually needs time. I say let's give him the time, or at least another season.

Honestly, I don't think any other manager that is linked to us would have us in the position we're in today. That fucking loss vs Sheffield fucking hurt, but I still think he's our best bet at a trophy.

We have a significantly better squad than when he arrived. We've lost no-one worth crying over and since signed:

Porro
Sarr, Bissouma, Bentancur
Kulusevski, Richy
+ Romero is now properly integrated.
+ Gil, Spence & Udogie to get your teeth into if you're so inclined during pre-season.
 
Conte has never been a cup coach. He's also never done well managing multiple competitions.

He's suited for a club who has 22 excellent players fully suited to his system, so he can win on all fronts. He is a marathon coach, but not a coach who can string together 10 wins in a row in a competition to do well.

Spurs are not at the level to be competing for EPL honours right now. Worse yet, we don't have sufficient squad depth for a true cup, CL, and EPL run. We need a manager who can focus on one, but still manage the others (top 4, a healthy run in the CL).

Conte isn't it.
