Pros:

- Is a serial winner with hair transplants
- Extremely passionate and animated post goal celebrations

Cons:

- Shit man manager skills, seemingly lacking in competence to develop youth and his team of players
- Stubborn, inflexible and rigid in style of play and picking players
- Generally makes shite tactical decisions with timing of subs and who he decides to take off and bring on
- Blows either hot or cold. If he's not given enough financial support, blows tepid or cold
- Needs roughly 100-200m a season (depending on the current crop) to be pumped into the first team

Same against Wolves. I could not believe what I was seeing. We were chasing the game and the ball didn’t once seem to go over half way. In fact the final 4 minutes of stoppage time was absolutely shockingly inept. Foul / corner / foul / Corner. Ball never crossed half way when we really needed to chase the equaliser.

Sort of thing that happened in the 97-03 period. Gutless.

What people are annoyed about is his seemingly complete lack of acknowledgement that he has been dreadful for the majority of his time here

Playing one formation and tactic that exposes our average midfield and below average defence, continuing to play players completely out of form, not playing certain players because they were ‘club signings’, never making subs etc etc
