Ex-Spurs Player Davinson Sanchez

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

It all started because the ball went through Sanchez' legs and he lost where he and the balls were. Everyone was at panic level 10 at that point.
This is the kind of clown shit we've been pulling for 2 or 3 seasons. Wayward passes and poor first touches and, all of a sudden, everyone is scrambling around trying to recover. And in our case, it usually ends in a goal
Porro had 3 fucking touches, 3 fucking touches! That's not panicking, thats a player who thinks he can do everything, a bit like Romero.

Watch it back, Sanchex may miscontrol the ball,, but there i no panic. Sanchez then gave Porro a simple pass back, something they all should be good at playing with Plodberg. If Porro was panicking he could have played a simple pass back down the line. He instead put his head down, cut inside and ran up a blind alley.

The racism thing is just a diversion. No one at the game was booing him because of his race. They were booing him because he was playing shit and the crowd could see he didn't care and was not trying.
Hojberg for instance often plays badly and draws the odd groan from the crowd but he doesn't get a booing because he at least is seen to be trying. If he is getting race abuse on social media that is different and should be condemned but please don't group crowd reaction with that shit!
That's rubbish. He was booed from the moment he first touched the ball - not because he was 'playing shit'. He was booed because that section of the crowd has decided he's shit. I agree with you that it's not racism, but the 'boooers' had made up their minds about him before he entered the field of play.

To be fair, I think he shouldn't be in the squad, but given that he was on the pitch it was the height of stupidity for 'fans' to undermine him like that.

That’s because we had already conceded by then. And yes porro lost the ball but they still got in behind Sanchez, who maybe wasn’t warmed up enough.

No I’m not. You are being an arrogant prick. Anyone who wasn’t at the game doesn’t matter. Ok 👍
Yes, I'm being an arrogant prick, but I'm not wrong. If you weren't in the ground you won't have a true feel for the atmosphere. It was a general 'boo him because he's Sanchez' vibe. Every time he touched the ball he got booed. The damage was done by the time the goal was conceded. If there was more booing after the goal, it's irrelevant because the damage had already been done - and to my ears there wasn't any significant difference.
Actually, 'being there' does make a difference, but maybe you wouldn't know that.

Not even close to it on the broadcast. The boos were extremely loud after the 2nd goal, so much that he had to be subbed out.
I see you've added to your post since I replied to it. I agree that the booing may have played some part in him being subbed, but it wasn't the increase in booing, but the constancy of the booing.

I don't even think the booing caused Dav personally to be subbed..... Just that at 2-1 Stellini knew the shit would hit the fan if we lost that game so he threw caution to the wind and took off a CB..... Who just happened to be the guy furthest down the pecking order.

Even if Dav wasn't struggling; I've no doubt that he'd have still been the one to get subbed.

Surely for sheer fresh legs purposes it would be one of the other CB's off, no?

At 2-1 down we did not need 3 at the back so it's BS to say Sanchez was subbed off because of the fans.
If he is not man enough to deal with boos he is in the wrong profession.
Xhaka got booed by Goon fans.
