I got reproached for calling a portion of our fanbase morons yesterday.
And I present to you exhibit B your honour.
I’ve posted less because I realise that there are just some very negative people who seem to be using the club as a way to feel self-righteous or superior. To me, it’s a sport… I love my life… I don’t love how we’re playing or our results for a few years… but I’m not going to moan or complain. I’ll just wait for the club to find a better moment.
It’s got to the point where it’s impossible to tell the difference between what our “fans” are saying and what an opposition fan would say. I’ve jokingly referred to many of our supporters as TottenhamFanTV and I don’t see a difference in how cringeworthy they are.

Football has always been an escape from reality.
And the fact is football can be an important/central part of peoples lives. For some it’s a lot more important than for others.
Added to that I think this place can be extreme due to it being so faceless. Which doesn’t help.
Saying that the people who go out of their way to meet up at games have all been properly nice people. Hats off to them!
