Someone on here called him the Uruguayan Skipp :).

Dembele was obviously incredibly strong and skilful dribbling with the ball, very hard to disposess. That didn't seem Ugarte's game when he played us. Is he that good?

Yeah the squad is damn weak and spurs need options off the bench, everyone here seems to turn their nose up unless linked to some proven top striker(which in the club's current state is unrealistic).
 
Can’t begin to imagine how difficult it must be being a scout at our club. As you don’t know the manager, DoF or even style of football the club will play you have to factor in that some players that might be fantastic might turn out shit if the manager has a different vision or is particular in how he plays (see Conte).

So you need to scouts for players that are great all round with a limited budget.

You can’t replace Harry. We know that. But you can try and evolve and build a better team in his void.

Unless he is prepared to put pen to paper this Summer, this is ironically one of the few occasions where you *do* want Daniel to simply look at the finances.

I worry that the club are attempting to guilt him into staying. It’s not going to happen.

One way of guilting him into staying is by dangling the "shearer record" carrot..levy says he won't sell to a pl club and his only chance of a pl club move will be next year on a free ...by then approaching 31 he may not be very appealing a target for the big pl clubs who will have their eyes on "haaland-like" young players

Are you joking? No-one's passing up the opportunity to get one of the best players in the league especially on a free.

Why is our wish not to sell our best player representative of a club in paralysis?

Would PSG be in paralysis if they didn’t want to sell Mbappe? city if they didn’t want to sell Haaland?
