When we're wringing our hands over Maddison or Eze, it's this kind of deal we should be all over. Essentially what those players were before making the step up to the PL and becoming far more expensive to buy in the process.
I mean, add to that the fact the lad is a Spurs fan and it really would be a no-brainer.
