Depends on the goal that you want to feel optimism about achieving.
I’m optimistic that the team will be fun to watch and play like a team. Optimistic that whoever plays will actually feel like a Spurs player with some attacking intent instead of the passive aggressive football we have dealt with for 4 years. Also optimistic that I’ll understand who the manager is and what he’s trying to achieve.
