Reading the Fulham forums, they're absolutely devastated.

Look at this:

"Scored some crucial goals but the goals dried up and the opposition seemed to deal with him easily. A bit of a one trick pony who didn't do the defensive work. Will be bench warmer/impact sub at Spurs."

He did a lot of defensive work though, he's top 1 percent for tackles in his position. Just sounds like sour grapes to be honest with you.

You could well be right and I’m not convinced either, obviously hope he’s great when he gets a chance, but people just love signings no matter who pretty much so they’re going to talk him up.

We always have a great transfer window it seems until the football actually starts and you see the quality first hand every week. A value signing okay, but you’ve still got to be able to produce on the pitch, that’s where it ultimately counts.

In all honesty, I think we had the lion's share of it last season given how crap we were. So many games we seemed to nab a result when it was clear we were not playing well and were the lesser team. I know that's something 'the big teams' do but they end up getting over the line whereas we folded.

Great for getting this Solomon chap. I remember seeing him play a couple of times but don't really know anything about him. As long as he's not a Janssen it's all good.
