Kane's already had face-to-face vison talks with Pochettino, Mourinho and Conte listening to them share their visions...only for Levy to over-rule them with his vision.
And Kane knows very well that no matter what Ange may tell him in the end it's all about Levy vision - or rather lack of it - that matters.
Personally I do not want Kane to leave as he simply can't be replaced. There may be few better CF in the world but for Spurs he's the best.

I bought a new bike the other day. I went to his place, rode it round a bit and said "how much you want for it?", Guy told me his number, I said why I wasn't gonna pay that, made an offer. He wasn't happy, so I said meet in the middle. He instantly accepted. I could've acted like a twat and backed out because he agreed so quickly. Took all of 15 mins.
I could have got the bike for less but unlike Levy I was excited about owning that bike and going for a ride on the weekend. It started pissing it down on sunday so I never got to go on a proper ride.
So anyway, the moral of the story is that fuck British weather.
