Still think we should send him on loan to Bristol as part of a deal for Alex Scott. Scott, who's a year older than Devine, would come in as a slightly more experienced rotating 8 having just won Championship YPOTY and Devine would be able to slot right in to Scott's AM role at Bristol and get some solid playing time
I think this lad will do well at Port Vale. I like what I have seen of him in the youth games. Skillfull but can hold his own (can be a bit too fiesty?).
