Bald Cunt's high-stakes, low price, gamble now under huge pressure, as scum get their claws into Raya.

Vicario needs to come hot out the blocks, or it's gonna get nasty, quick.

Ideally, he'd need time to acclimatise etc., but this Raya/scum deal will, inevitably, intensify feelings around him.

Just unfortunate circumstance for him.

Conman Accountant better pray Raya performs like a sieve for Woolwich..

Fans already at their limit with him, and can't stand him.

Just no room for this to go south, now.

None.

I do think that lot are doing what we didn't when we were in the ascendancy, in that they are building resilience.

I will never defend the indefensible, and it's a really bad sign if we are not addressing issues while other teams are doing business.

Nothing again this week and holding onto a reluctant Kane are going to take us nowhere.

We need some movements.

the kidna thing that gives Levy a real thrill, getting one over on clubs finacially. though it looks to have worked this time it unfortunately more often results in failure for us
That’s an absolute mischaracterization of what happened in this deal.

Spurs offered to pay over the release clause early — that would be in line with the ‘just pay up’ that you generally bang on about. Venky’s moved the goalpost, asking for double the offer and 300% above the release clause. It’s hardly surprising that Spurs withdrew from that negotiation.
That kind of exaggeration is precisely why I can’t be bothered with the evangelical ENIC outers here.

to be fair, VDV and Tapsoba would probably cost up to and maybe above £80 million for two prem unpoven players.

where as Philips, Tosin and Lenglet probably cost aroud £20 million for all 3.
you know it makes sense! :levylol:

Well, I’ve been pretty vocal about him not being my favorite but I’ll be eating crow now…

Hope Ledley can spend some extra hours with him on the training ground to work on his aerial ability. He does have a lot of potential, even I won’t deny that. He really needs to become more aggressive and commanding though; for those who haven’t seen him he’s definitely still quite raw.
