Bit raw in touches for link up play but very willing. His teammates are shite.

No point hoofing route 1 in the air to him. We don't do that anyway.

Doesn't look small. Looks stocky and strong.

Works hard with an without the ball.

Menace dribbling the ball at people and will create chances for himself and others from Day 1.

Movement and reading of where the ball is going is mich further ahead than it should be after such small amount of decent-level football.

Put that together with his ability to fucking lamp the ball from any angle, there is a serious talent there. Not going to score 20 goals in the next 2 seasons

It absolutely would. Kane certainly wouldn't have gone goalless in those three games.

Nowhere near worth the money quoted for him though.

The comparison should likely be Anthony Gordon. Both of the same age, both very hyped before being linked with big money moves away to both Tottenham and Chelsea before another club stepped in.

And even then, Brennan Johnson has done a lot better in this league than Gordon has- but Newcastle fans seem to love him?

Along the years I saw a lot of players that dont't have the potential to be world beaters play like they were Ballon d'Or contenders. By this time I realized that having a gameplan, a good manager and a good understanding between players is much more important than "world class players". Also how many of these players labeled as the next big thing you saw changing the team and becoming nothing? Maybe we just don't need to buy Kvara to play on our wing, maybe a motivated, well trained, Brennan Johnson will do wonders for us (ok, that's funny).
