He's gone to Port Vale?????

Since when??? .....Why did nobody mention it? :levywtf:

It's all a bit previous only a few games into to season and not against any stiff competition...I'm saving my enthusiasm for our 1st big win...not going to fall into the usual crap...remember Nuno's start?

First win v United in 3 years.
First win v United in 5 years.

..........Not a big enough win to get partisan over?

Sad state of affairs.

No way!!!

.......Go Alfie!

Yeah, boring scrappy 1-0 wins
No...that's NOT what I said said. I don't think any of our wins so far has hinted at a
team that can challenge for the Championship but as I said, it's very early days and certainly nothing to get hysterical about.
Ange has the full support of us fans but a bit of a miracle is needed and I've been disappointed too many times to rush in where angels fear to tread.
If you're a Tottenham supporter, you have to have patience and exercise caution to avoid misery...

No one’s seriously expecting us to win the league 😂

I think most fans realise we need to be patient, but what you’re seeing at the moment is fans who are happy and having fun after being tormented for the last 4-5 years.

I know it's a tough league where everyone can beat everyone but I think we'd challenge for the Championship ffs!

Would wanna do the double over Leicester though or the season is a failure.

And that's a good thing....I just don't want to see the disappointment yet again if it doesn't work out...I'm recommending a little caution, that's all. I'm a realist.

It is. Richy and Sonny might find their goal scoring touch in that time, but there’s no good reason to wait and hope when Spurs has the resources to bring in a decent striker without any baggage. Or any Spurs baggage. Ange’s teams have often suffered for not having enough goal scoring class against the elite sides. His teams work their bollocks off only to be let down offensively. Levy needs to pull his finger out.
The other top teams arent playing that well and teams like city have lost very important players.. Theres a chance all the top teams have a poorer season and someone else could capitalize. We seem to have gotten the rest of the team functioning well enough very quickly, a classy forward/striker (better than richarlison or johnson) could be the difference between a good or a great season.

He's doing an amazing job. I just hope that people trust the philosophy when the times come where we get caught out. Bissouma or Maddison might lose it dribbling near our box, Udogie might get caught high up the pitch, kids like Sarr could make costly errors etc which lead to goals. It's high risk but to dare is to do (at long last). I for one will live and die by this attacking and entertaining approach. I wouldn't miss our games for the world at the moment.

Some of these guys simply can't allow themselves to have fun as they're too fragile to cope with disappointment and a bit of oppo fan banter. Hell; some are so entrenched in their petty agendas they can't even bring themselves to like what's going on right now.

We're gonna win the World Series; I don't care what the doom crew says.:tobyarm:
