First Serie A title for Napoli in Ndombele's lifetime. They thought he was so integral to the title win they’ve put real effort in to bring him back. They’ll be usurping Genoa anyyyyy day now.
And that's a fact, Union Jack.

Ndombele appeared in 30 of Napoli's 38 Serie A matches, starting 8.

He didn't appear in the last couple of matches after Napoli had already clinched the title.
But yeah, totally equivalent.

He needs to step away from the bong! That bloke is few cards short of a full deck. Literally the only Spurs fan still obssessed with Ndombele.
Every fcuking thing with this club is 'talks in progress' or 'agreement reached in principle' or anything else short of a price has been agreed.
Painful.
That'll be why they didn't want to pay the fee we agreed to take him then and why he's still here, not playing and only attracting interest from shit teams.
You cant blame the club on this particular one or in general regarding Fatty McTwatty, its him that keeps saying no.... he only wants a CL type team, he wants only the Manure Real Mdrids, Barca etc yet the only effort he ever makes is a run to KFC twice a day..... Plus the fact he is on 200k a week with us, even the elite teams aint giving him that, so unless we subsidise a team to take him on loan and even that doesnt help bring more teams of note to the table....
This guy doesnt give a fook, even he knows this is his last big deal in football 800k a month, by staying with us for the remainder of his contract (2025)he will earn just shy of £20M.
They can't afford him. That'll be why they didn't want to pay the fee we agreed to take him then and why he's still here, not playing and only attracting interest from shit teams.
After 14 matchweeks (November 2022) last season, Napoli were already 8 pts clear of Lazio + Milan. From November to the end of the season he started 3 times in the league. 3! He is a nobody.
Pretty much every regular Spurs fan, who isn’t a Leddit user, knows that Hojbjerg and Skipp are bottom half players. If that’s what you’re comparing Ndombele with, that’s ok I guess, but they’re not the type of players we should rely on if we want to build a competitive team. After 14 matchweeks (November 2022) last season, Napoli were already 8 pts clear of Lazio + Milan.
He's outperformed every single one of our midfielders, save Maddison & Sarr (who's played >1000 minutes for us):
G+A @ SPURS (per Transfermarkt).
Maddison: 1 Goal, 2 Assists in 261 minutes. G+A/90 = 1.034
Pape Matar Sarr: 1 Goal, 2 Assists in 634 minutes. G+A/90 = 0.426
Bissouma: 0 Goals, 0 Assists in 1526. G+A/90 = 0.000
Bentancur: 6 Goals, 6 Assists in 3505 minutes. G+A/90 = 0.308
Lo Celso: 8 Goals, 6 Assists in 4594 minutes. G+A/90 = 0.274
Skipp: 1 Goal, 2 Assists in 4664 minutes. G+A/90 = 0.058
Ndombele: 10 Goals, 9 Assists in 5163 minutes. G+A/90 = 0.331
Højbjerg: 10 Goals, 16 Assists in 12,203 minutes. G+A/90 = 0.192
Ndombele with the best G+A/90 of the lot (besides Maddison & Sarr)....
1. Maddison (26 years, 9 months old) = 1.034 G+A/90
2. Pape Matar Sarr (20 years, 11 months old) = 0.426 G+A/90
3. Ndombele (26 years, 8 months old) = 0.331 G+A/90
4. Bentancur (26 years, 2 months old) = 0.308 G+A/90
5. Lo Celso (27 years, 4 months old) = 0.274 G+A/90
6. Højbjerg (28 years, 1 month old) = 0.192 G+A/90
7. Skipp (22 years, 11 months old) = 0.058 G+A/90
8. Bissouma (27 years, 0 months old) = 0.000 G+A/90
The narrative is that Højbjerg & Skipp are "useful squad options" who "can follow instructions", yet we see time and time again ---with different managers, under different systems--- Højbjerg & Skipp start and suddenly, it's panic stations.
We're sitting 15-20 yards deeper, we're unable to impose our will on the match and a majority of the possession is in our (defensive) or the middle third.
Like clockwork.
TBF, @ Spurs, he's only really been paired with Sissoko, Højbjerg and/or Skipp.Pretty much every regular Spurs fan, who isn’t a Leddit user, knows that Hojbjerg and Skipp are bottom half players. If that’s what you’re comparing Ndombele with, that’s ok I guess, but they’re not the type of players we should rely on if we want to build a competitive team.

I don't recall Ndombele ever playing with Bentancur and/or Bissouma.
Ndombele at his best is levels above what Højbjerg and Skipp could ever offer.
Yeah that's why they don't want this superstar. They can't afford him.
For the Brazilianth time:
Ndombele is more expensive (£200K/wk) than their 2 most expensive players (Lozano & Zielinksi -- whom they're both trying to offload).
Their club captain/legend (Di Lorenzo) is on <50% Ndombele's salary.
Their reigning Serie A Golden Boot/Capocannoniere winner (Osimhen) is on <50% Ndombele's salary.

Yeah, I'm quite confident his plan is to put that £20m into some property or stocks and live the easy life from here on out.You cant blame the club on this particular one or in general regarding Fatty McTwatty, its him that keeps saying no.... he only wants a CL type team, he wants only the Manure Real Mdrids, Barca etc yet the only effort he ever makes is a run to KFC twice a day..... More like KFC franchisesYeah, I'm quite confident his plan is to put that £20m into some property or stocks and live the easy life from here on out.
£20m is is like double or quadruple the lifetime earnings of a well paid doctor, programmer or lawyer.
He just has to live a relatively normal life of luxury, with two or three nice houses, and several nice cars instead of several mansions and an entire armada of supercars.
