Ndombele appeared in 30 of Napoli's 38 Serie A matches, starting 8.
He didn't appear in the last couple of matches after Napoli had already clinched the title.
But yeah, totally equivalent.
From November to the end of the season he started 3 times in the league. 3! He is a nobody.
Yeah nobody, including Napoli, thinks that is anything other than a coincidence. If they thought he was remotely important to their title win they’d be straight in for him on a cut price.
They aren’t. Because he was a benchwarmer.

You cant blame the club on this particular one or in general regarding Fatty McTwatty, its him that keeps saying no.... he only wants a CL type team, he wants only the Manure Real Mdrids, Barca etc yet the only effort he ever makes is a run to KFC twice a day..... Plus the fact he is on 200k a week with us, even the elite teams aint giving him that, so unless we subsidise a team to take him on loan and even that doesnt help bring more teams of note to the table....
This guy doesnt give a fook, even he knows this is his last big deal in football 800k a month, by staying with us for the remainder of his contract (2025)he will earn just shy of £20M.
That'll be why they didn't want to pay the fee we agreed to take him then and why he's still here, not playing and only attracting interest from shit teams.

TBF, @ Spurs, he's only really been paired with Sissoko, Højbjerg and/or Skipp.
I don't recall Ndombele ever playing with Bentancur and/or Bissouma.
Ndombele at his best is levels above what Højbjerg and Skipp could ever offer.

Yeah, I'm quite confident his plan is to put that £20m into some property or stocks and live the easy life from here on out.
£20m is is like double or quadruple the lifetime earnings of a well paid doctor, programmer or lawyer.
He just has to live a relatively normal life of luxury, with two or three nice houses, and several nice cars instead of several mansions and an entire armada of supercars.
This blokes never leaving. He just isn't and there will still be one fool saying give him a chance when he's a 600 pound shut in being washed with a rag on a stick.
