How on earth can you say in the last two years we have not massively improved our first 11 and squad in general overall?
We absolutely still have work to do but fucking hell have an objective view for 2 minutes.
By the end of next summer transfer window our 'rebuild' should be virtually complete with what is essentially a completely different team to the one from 3 years previous with maybe 1 or two of the same players.

There's no such thing as a rebuild. It's always a fluid situation year after year. A club must continually strengthen and replenish the squad with better players. Only a know-it-all clueless fucknut doesn't do this.
Replacing shit with shit. Letting shit stick around for years. Giving coaches 3rd, even 4th choice players because the top choices were on £10k a week too much or had the wrong agent.

We wouldn't need so much work if we identified the weak links in our squad year on year and replaced them quickly.
A completely new team capable of holding down maybe a top 8 place and competing for the minor European places with the outside possibility of challenging for the odd CL place at best.

You're being far too short sighted. Levy has been here 23 years. In 2017 we had quite possibly the best team we've had since the 60's and managed to win fuck all.
When those players started to decline we signed or promoted shit and now we're a mid table team.
It's happened over and over.

I still contend we have replaced our shit with better players. I can admit the transition from our 2017 team was fucked up by the management at the club, I can also be happy with the work that has been done to rectify that the last couple of years.

That team in '21 obviously had some injuries, only first teamer injured for us at present is Bentancur.
Also, how do the benches compare?
We have bought in some good players this window BUT we needed more, much more and right now it doesn't look good.
We've improved the team but so have other teams around us as the overall standard of the league has risen in recent years.
And whilst the average level of players has risen, we haven't got close to replacing Kane (an actual world class player, having him is much more beneficial than Porro>Emerson) and Son too is headed towards decline town.
It isn't as rosy as your propaganda drive would have it sound.
