He was equally good or bad for both teams, my biggest complaint was his use of the card system to control discipline within the game, rather than his own ability to impose himself on player behaviour.
Plus he booked Biss for dissent while ignoring the Goon who smacked (Sarr or Udogie?) One of our players in the face like a rugby hand off. Biss however was ill advised screaming in his face.
Yeah could be wrong but think it was sarr. Att I'm like wtf!! .. that wasn't far short of a fore arm smash .

Genuinely going into each game with renewed optimism. We aren't the finished product, and have work to do, but the way we're playing and the togetherness of this squad gives me belief going into all games.

This will be tough again, Liverpool are good and I think they'll be City's main challengers.

Same XI as against Woolwich if Johnson is fit. Johnson will make TAA have to drop back.

After this we can into a couple of games we should be taking maximum points from.

I’m the same. Can’t wait for a game now where last season it was like being on Death Row. I think games against the top teams will suit us better as they will come at us and we will cut them open. My main worry for us is playing against lower end teams that will sit in against us without Maddison. Let’s hope he stays fit and we also look to strengthen that area in January. Bentancur back soon as well and he might be the guy that takes us up another level.
As I said, can’t wait for Sunday and see us winning 3-0

The game is Saturday mate.

Got to accommodate the NFL since they are paying Levy a truckload of cash.
The nfl games are on 8th and 15th October - the weekend of the 15th is an international break and on the weekend of the 8th we are away to Luton - our games either side of Luton away are home games against Liverpool and Fulham - so those nfl games (that bring considerable finance into the club) have no bearing on the amount of away games we have played to date - Fulham villa and forest have also to date played 4 of 6 prem games away from home

He is not a professional though is he? Any other professional who was as incompetent at their jobs as some of the Premier league refs are would be sacked!
So its either they are shit at their jobs or its something more sinister and after hearing some of the comments Mike Dean made recently I think they are all corrupt as fuck!
Yeah my mistake, because reffing games at this level are a piece of piss, it's not like the games are all that quick and knowing all the laws and all the options are dead easy to wade through in the blink of an eye.
Are they really all that bad at what they do - or are fans just ignorant people who think they know better than trained professional referees?

Let's face it, "fans" like him spend all of their time slagging off our own players (people they are not fit to clean the boots of on footballing terms) so they are unlikely to be reasonable when assessing the abilities of a referee.

The guy wasn't the best ref I've seen, but he's new at this level and he should improve as he goes on.

Yeah I agree about the blink of an eye bit, which is why we now have VAR so they can watch things back yet they still deemed this to be a yellow ?

Away from home against a top team, a draw is a good result. Last weekend was a good result. However at home whoever the opposition is only a win is a good result. Our recent record against Liverpool is poor but we need to put that right this Saturday. It will be a different matter when we go to Anfield.
We also need to win to match last season's start after 7 matches of 5 wins & 2 draws.
No one thinks it will be easy and an OG or/and dodgy penalty will be satisfactory. The midweek match will not affect Liverpool as they will not play their main stars.

We are so overdue beating these bin-dipping cunts.

Really hope the atmosphere is intense and we just batter them from kick off.

I want to see Klopp's jaw unhinge from anger!

Their defense is still suspect. Keep it tight at the back and we will get chances.

COYS! 3-1
