No idea how the Israel stuff found it's way into this thread
It was because of this post/story. The story and the stance of the club concerning the conflict is legitimate discussion for those who want to discuss it.

Tottenham chief resigns over "lack of moral clarity" on Israel-Hamas conflict

Jonathan Adelman, the chair of Tottenham's Tribute Trust, has tendered his resignation in an open letter criticising the club's statement in the wake of the Hamas attack in Israel

The chairman of Tottenham's Tribute Trust has resigned in the wake of the club's disappointing response to the recent Hamas attacks in Israel.
More than 1,300 people were killed following the terrorist group's attack last Saturday. Israel have since responded with air strikes, killing more than 1,400 people in Gaza.

The FA had been criticised for staying silent on the attacks earlier in the week and has since been slammed after it was confirmed that they would not be lighting up the Wembley arch in the blue and white of Israel before England's match against Australia on Friday night.

Tottenham joined the FA in issuing a statement in response to the attacks on Thursday. It read: “The Club and our footballing family is shocked and saddened by the escalating crisis in Israel and Gaza, and strongly condemns the horrific and brutal acts of violence against innocent civilians. Our heartfelt sympathies are with the victims, their families and the communities impacted.”

But the statement has been heavily criticised by Jonathan Adelman, the chair of the charity, which was set up to look after former players for over a decade. And he confirmed via an open letter addressed to Tottenham director Donna Cullen but also sent to chairman Daniel Levy that he would be tendering his resignation due to the "lack of moral clarity" shown by a club with a deep connection to the Jewish community.

His letter said: “I simply don’t understand what if any moral compass those who drafted and signed off the club’s statement have given the savage butchery of Jews by Hamas, a proscribed terrorist organisation.

“I expected nothing better from the FA, but I did from our club, not just because we have an Israeli player, not just because of the club’s deep connection with the Jewish community, but also given the commendable stance the club took on taking the knee, standing with Ukraine and so on.”

Adelman went on to address his own role, adding: “It has been an absolute privilege to support our past players in their time of need, first as a founding trustee and then as chair of the Tottenham Tribute Trust.

Tottenham Hotspur Ticketing Review
THST Chair Martin Buhagiar and Vice-Chair Michael Green met the Club’s Executive Director Donna-Maria Cullen and Head of Supporter Engagement Levi Harris on October 10.

During the meeting we discussed, amongst other things, our ticketing campaign which was launched following the Club’s decision to increase match day ticket prices in the summer.

The Club has subsequently announced it is set to embark on a long-term ticketing review and during the meeting it was agreed that THST will play a full part in this process.

Our main areas of work with the Club are ticketing operations, fixture scheduling, policing and safety and matchday operations, so it is only right that we should be fully consulted and involved in such a process.

We welcome the Club’s introduction of a long-term strategy paper on ticketing in general, look forward to playing a part in this review and, more importantly, representing the views of our members during any meetings. We will be clear with the Club where we disagree with any approach that is not in line with those views, and we will continue to highlight the impact on supporters of the rise in this season’s match day prices.

The focus of our work will always be to promote the best interests of our membership and Spurs fans in general, and so we believe we are far better placed by being involved in such a process than not.

Before our game with Fulham on Monday October 23, we are planning to meet our colleagues from Fulham Supporters’ Trust to show solidarity and support them in their fight against their club following season ticket price increases to as much as £3,000.

We will be meeting in the Antwerp Arms before the game and would invite any supporters who would like to support our ticketing campaign to meet us there. More details will follow shortly.

Throughout our ticketing campaign we have received support from a number of ‘rival’ supporters’ groups. Together football fans are stronger, so we look forward to discussing the finer points of our campaign and theirs before the game.

We would like to thank all of our members and fellow fans who have supported us so far in this campaign. We hope we can count on your continued support on this important issue in the future.

When was the last ENIC in / out Hokey Cokey poll?

Was there one in 2023?
Be good if we could always do the poll on Boxing Day or something so we know it’s been a year and everyone is a bit drunk.

Anyway has Daniel come roaring back into a position of positivity and joy??

I think we should all be forced to answer the question each day, that way we can have live daily results that can be charted over time to analyze trends. Admin Admin surely needs something to do.

I think that's a job for The Dealer , although the poll would have to include excrements*** of .5s

increments, my bad.

Sharing this in here, just in case anyone is still naive enough to think Bastoni didn't happen because he's a boyhood Inter fan:

https://football-italia.net/four-times-tonali-said-he-wouldnt-leave-milan/

Newcastle getting Tonali might wake some people up to why that didn't happen and why there will be another transfer exactly like it this summer.

I mean...

Not that it matters much but I guess we know why Milan were so keen to off Tonali

Time to give the man his flowers I think, seeing as the big man has taken so much flak, it's time to recognise his greatness:

Hired Ange
Hired Paritici
Completely changed the culture around the club
Put more focus into the youth teams, reaping the benefits now
First Team, under 18's, under 21's women's team top (or near top) of their respective leagues
Built a fantastic stadium and training facilities
Backed Ange in the transfer window and committed to his vision
Everyone now pulling in the same direction, fans included

Your apologies need to be loud as your disrespect :bissoumahear:

My chairman 💪💪

Noticed the Levy Out protests opposite the club shop have totally stopped.

The Trust decided to go on the lash with their Fulham counterparts, rather than continue their protests about ticket prices (they've done one protest?!)

Funny how things change...

I'm sure the diehard ENIC OUTers on here were chanting ENIC out last night nonstop as their dedication to the cause is unwavering and just.
