Manager Ange Postecoglou

Latest Spurs videos from Sky Sports

I heard this soooo many times before…
Especially with Conte. Levy was lauded as the messiah for appointing him.
I was hounded all over the forum and urged give him head...and the usual suspects told us how Conte would call Levy out if he wasn't backed.

Guess what.....

he wasn't backed..(as the more reasoned amongst us predicted)....
Conte called him out (as the more reasoned amongst us predicted)

.and the lap dogs supported Daniel Levy :roflmao:

I'm not having a dig, but surely 1 point from 15, including 3 straight home losses where we've led in all 3 (unprecedented in 140 years) is meltworthy territory?

If not, what then would you say it IS justified. ......1 point from 21? 10 without a win?

Accusing fans of melting after such a pathetic, awful run of results comes across as somewhat patronising and high horsemanship, if you don't mind me saying .
It’s melt worthy when there is a complete refusal to acknowledge the extenuating circumstances surrounding these losses.

The fact that we were unbeaten in 10, the loss of key personnel to that system, that we are still creating chances just not finishing them, the reliance on players many have long deemed not good enough under previous regimes.

Yes, I call ignoring that and still calling for his head worthy of the term melt worthy (and it’s always the same doom and gloom merchants projecting it)!

Levy employing two serial winning managers who BOTH failed to win a pot between them while working for him.....for the first and only time in their careers.
This is a debate that the Levy supporters are always very uncomfortable with. They tend to brush it under the carpet and move the goalposts. Maybe one day they'll open up and have a proper discussion on the matter

Honestly, most Spurs fans are so addicted to the drama and trauma that I wonder if they don't really want to enjoy football for the actual game on the pitch.

The others hate ENIC so much that they'd prefer we had more disasters to continue being right about them.

It is mainly Levy's fault for the chaotic leadership he's fostered at the club and the fact that we have become so accustomed to disaster after disaster. By design or not, it's the Spurs model for commanding our attention now. Always too high or too low.

Ange clearly has something special about him and I'm fucking sick of the drama that follows this club around. Whatever happens with Ange, if they abandon this project without seeing it through it will be my last. I'm done with this club if they bottle it again.
Agree with much of this but the drama is part of us - well for me it has always been part of our identity. As a 13 year old as I started supporting us we had the going under saga post Scholar and it’s never really stopped!

I get why you say re Ange but I suspect I’ll still be back. Who needs any other drama in your life?!

I've noticed that Ange doesn't seem to like Paul Miles very much. Or at least doesn't respect his interviewing style. Can't say I blame him.

Jeez, bringing those two cheque book dinosaurs up again?!

You really do love a bit of self-flagellation don’t you?! 😂

Personally I think Levy hired them thinking the squad was capable of achieving some sort of success after spending decent money on Ndombele and Lo celso among others aswell as having Kane and Son.

It hasn't been the case.

Regarding Postecoglou being without VDV, Bentancur and Maddison its had it's consequences.

I'm not sure the two of them would of done better without Harry Kane.

I personally wasn't in favour of Jose or Conte but if Levy don't back this man, I really think Levy will lose his support.

It's like a fucking cunt circus in here.

Stop fucking melting.

There you go. Thanks for backing my point up beautifully.

:angehug:

As I said....The ENIC fans are uncomfortable debating the reasons they both failed for the only time in their careers working for Levy (who employed them 😆).....and subsequently called him out for the loser he is.

It's difficult for you guys, I know.

Melting is justified whenever you want if you are a melt.
