Oh I disagree, in the current market it's about £20M too much.

£40M with performance based add ons maybe, but not £60M right off the bat.

Yeh seems like they have got themselves in a bind, they need the £50m pure profit on the FFP and probably more FFP profit besides Gallagher but it would be like us being forced to sell Maddison to Chelsea, would hurt like hell.

Worth pointing out that a lot (most?) of the other 'big debt' clubs are in debt over liabilities (e.g. transfer costs and wages), not assets.

*I'm calling our stadium an asset - since it makes a shit-ton of money (thanks Beyonce!)
