In the same panicky "thcweam and thcweam and thcweam until I'm thick" way.Maybe Dragon is a smoke screen for someone else? pretty Sure there wasn't much noise about Vicario before we signed him, everyone just wanted us to pay the money for Raya.......
Top one looks like a guy who cuts Poodle hair for a living.

The free agents every club want to sign in 2024
From Kylian Mbappe to Luka Modric and Toni Kroos, there are some big names available for Premier League clubs to sign for free this month, but there are also a lot who could be on their way out.

2024 has arrived, and with it comes a fresh dose of chaos in the form of the January transfer window.
It’s usually a period where there are few big deals done, with clubs more focused on loan deals or outgoings of unused players during this period.
However, with clubs looking to become ever more thrifty under the watchful eyes of Financial Fair Play enforcers, the free agency market is one that most will be perusing through.
Premier League, LALIGA, WSL and more. The world's best football is on Optus Sport. Sign up here.
There are a huge number of players who will be out of contract at their current club come June 30 but January 1 is an important date, as it is the date where clubs can begin negotiating with these soon-to-be out-of-contract stars.
However, under English FA laws, players can’t negotiate with or sign a pre-contract agreement with a team within the same league – so a player currently at a Premier League club cannot sign a pre-contract agreement with another Premier League club. They can only open talks a month before their contract expires.
The rule is there in a bid to avoid conflicts of interest in the event a player may face their future club before leaving their current one.
Premier League clubs are, however, able to sign pre-contract agreements with players from teams in other leagues.
Here’s who’s currently available as a free agent in come June 30…

Is that high compared to our peers though?
Just seen De Ketelere for 25min and he’s scored, pressed, linked and looked really tidy. Really tidy.
I’d take him before a twat like Toney if we really need a 9. Still prefer Zirkzee but De Ketelaere will def end up a big time player
He's a 9 now?Just finished watching Ederson and Scalvini.
Ederson grew on me a bit. Think he could be a good piece but still not convinced he's got the pace for the prem. Could just be that he has a strange running gait that looks like he's doing the thriller dance.
Scalvini could def play RCB, inverted FB or DM for us but just doesn't seem like a kid that will ever leave Italy. If he did, it would be to Real, Barca or Atleti.
De Ketelaere scored 2 and got an assist. Really wonder if we don't look at him in the summer. Has everything that you'd need for an Ange-ball #9.
Didn’t he flop at Ac Milan? I really wanted him that summer he went as an understudy to Kane.Just finished watching Ederson and Scalvini.

Juventus?Even Chiellini said he was disappointed about Juventus letting Dragusin leave, stating that "he is too talented physically to not succeed at a higher level" Oh and yeah, Paratici brought him to train with the first team so he can train and learn from Chiellini and Bonucci, which is huge.

And the Kane deal was front loaded? I don’t recall that being made public knowledge?Payment terms or payment up front really shouldn’t be an issue though as we still have the Kane money.
Like I have said before , it’s not panic stations yet this either gets done in the next few days or he is just a smoke screen for someone else - either way we will have someone in for training next week.
Thinking about it, I would say that ENIC were very slow in appointing their own DoF. They persisted with Pleat, who was a Sugar appointment, for 3 years. It wasn't until 2005 that we started to see a different type of player come to the club and that's where I feel ENIC really started to put their own stamp on things.Has nothing changed with this board and our infrastructure and the way we buy players at all in those years according to you? I don't get the point of bringing up stuff from the past when there's literal evidence of us behaving differently especially with transfers over the past couple of years?
Really good shout. He’s lively. Liked his performance against us earlier in the season. One player that hasn't been mentioned who I think we should be looking at is Lyle Foster at Burnley. I think he has something about him to be a Toney/Watkins level striker at this level.
Didn’t he flop at Ac Milan? I really wanted him that summer he went as an understudy to Kane.
Dragon needs to get to the barbers ASAP as Only 1 player could ever look good with a Man Bunn ........

Seem to recall he didn’t score in 30 odd games, recall watching him at the end of that run and he looked a demoralised player. Some turn around if he’s back at it.He did but might be on loan to Atalanta, I'm not sure. Not across how it went to say he flopped fully or just didn't get chances with them.
Happens to players making big jumps though. There is still a top player there
