We don't need the naming rights to buy him we have the money already but Oshimen is a pipe dream and would be more realistic if we significantly push our wage budget up to accommodate him which won't happen.
2.5% interest rate in 20 years for the stadium is both a act of genius, foresighted planning and incredibly lucky in todays market. In fact, I did the same with my study loans while everybody else acted like we were having low interest rates forever.
The stadium continuing to be part of OUR brand will have it's own upside too.
