Happy Jonah Hill GIF

He is a decent player only makes sense if we are making a play for Osimhen, Toney (yes I know he is a dick) etc.

Can’t see him going to Saudi anyway, Italy maybe but Saudi.

Why do we need to replace Richie with a star when we already have one at the club?

The obvious move would be to replace him with a up and comer.

I get the feeling Romero is really happy here and embracing being vice captain. I don’t know what you think but the Spanish league has lost its sparkle now. The Italian league has caught it up.

It's Real Madrid and he's South American, he's not going to care that La Liga isn't what it was, it's literally Real Madrid 😆

Doubt it would happen anyway and it's a complete non story but let's not be naive.

I think this is true as we are now pretty much assured of CL or EL placing and need a decent sized squad of quality players for either.

But that does not mean we need to or will spend 100m (or even close) on any one player. Reason very simply is we need to recruit say 5 good players, and cannot do that if we splurge 100m on one

Yeah it never has. If anything I always wonder whether the only thing being a champions league club does is get the selling team to ask for more money and the agent to ask for higher wages. A champions league tax on top of a premier league one!

I think you’ve got to be mad to want to leave the PL but Madrid are Madrid. However I can’t see it. They are getting mbappe and the next player they will want to get is haaland. That’s a big outlay however much cash and influence they have.
