Bunch of losers on here. We lost to a top team because everything went against us. Some people are so schizophrenic with what they want. "Entertainment, results, attacking football, blah blah." It's hard to win. It took Woolwich 3 years to get where they are from where we are. Can Ange do the same? I don't know. But this constant manager rotation and rebuild will never be the answer.
I completely am behind what Ange is trying to set the team up to do. But if our recruitment comes down to the likes of Brennan Johnson and Solomon coming in to solve this abhorrent attacking line, it just ain’t gonna work.

Bournemouth did a rebuild. They started out poorly but every game you can see clear improvement and increased cohesion in their team and tactical approach.
Are we headed that way? Or are we seeing worse and worse performances, plummeting results and weekly humblings?
hes got maddison, gio and kulu who can all play in that cam sort of role and try and play through a side....why is he not trying to get two of them into the side when hes not playing with a box threat? the tactics he employs is all about width but its retarded when your striker is son who will duck out of the way of a header!
mix it up and show youre not a one trick pony and actually have the brain capacity to understand the game deeper.

sarr,gio, madders and kulu (if hes playing) can be fluid and interchange when in possession, to pull the other side about. if you wanna see attractive off the cuff football that is the way to go. this whole working the ball wide to have absolutely zero box threat is a shit watch and is easily nullified.
bentancur also in the mix to rotate with any of the midfielders.....he has options to actually play some decent stuff through the lines. you know sarr is going to cover the ground to allow you to play a little more of a relaxed system.
think kulu as a striker with a partner could work, especially if he has a partner with pace. richarlison only really useful if youre actually going to look to get the ball in the box! hell have a scrap and be a cunt for the other team to deal with but doesnt have the pace or the technical ability and cuteness to worry a side.

You talk about Woolwich taking 3 years to become a top team but we've had 23 years and we always come up short so please stop this nonsense now.

Got a long way to go to match Harry - got us into the CL for the first time and created one of the most entertaining Tottenham teams of my lifetime. Modric. Bale, van der Vaart. Certainly wouldn't have lied down like we did in the first half today.
Funny isn’t it how Tottenham need a seemingly constant rebuild over 23 fucking years. A brand that is 140+ years old…in a constant state of flux.
30 years ago we would get rinsed for not winning the league for 30 odd years, now everyone rinses the club for winning only league cups ( infrequently ) for 30 years.

Redknapp played Woolwich 4 times at home in the league 2 wins, 2 draws. All great games. Seems odd he is being used as a bad yardstick. If we were currently as attacking and entertaining as his side not sure we'd be moaning.
