Son refuses to back himself, bottles it, goes to the line and blocks Hojbjerg from clearing the ball.

I don't think this is the most enjoyable season in years anymore mate.
I actually think I've possibly had more enjoyable haemorrhoids.
If I try to remember the autumn, it's still more enjoyable than last year. But ending so poorly always leaves a sour taste. Imagine we'll beat City, just to guarantee Woolwich wins the title. Our 1 good moment since January will be our worst.

I, ve supported Spurs for 51 years - god knows why ; he/she literally does . And I am so , so , so grateful ; maybe I’m on a spectrum ( but then aren’t we all ) . The things I’ve seen , heard , felt , smelled and touched in connection with the club , since I was seven ; are beyond description in relation to my life . I know it’s not life or death ( Shanks got that bit wrong) ; but goodness, it can matter so much . More than is good for us but always for the benefit of our mood , mind - and why not our souls and lives . Weird but ( for me ) true . I’ve read this forum for six years , and almost (italics needed) joined and contributed when someone (? Who) posted the Terry Vensbles / Brian Moore greatest Spurs team ever footage . That moved me so , so much . I wanted to say thank you for so many , many reasons. But , to my shame , I bottled it ; Terry V and Brian Moore’s work of art , science , reason and live ( this is not hyperbole ; if in doubt ; watch the video/clip / documentary) went unanswered ( but NOT unappreciated and unloved by me ) .
So what now ? What I watched tonight , in a pub in North London , amazed me . It’s been coming , like the thunder storms that we all lay awake listening to last night . This won’t finish well . I’ve seen a LOT of bad performances by bad teams with bad players , bad coaching , bad tactics , bad tactics , bad circumstances around the club , bad strips , bad badges , bad burgers , bad peanuts, bad crowd- control , bad things happening to normal people who just wanted to watch a game of football ( goodness do I hate contribues to this forum who glorify violence associated with football ( and I worshipped Terry Naylor ) , bad club shops , bad circumstances around the club and the area in which it is based .
Having said all this , on my virginal , actual , contribution to this magical , magnificent , multifarious debate about a magical and magnificent football club that means so , so , so much to us for reasons of marvel and mystery ; that extends beyond reason and ( almost , in some cases ) religion . ALL I WANT TO STATE to rational , gregarious , thinking individuals who share a passion and make me belonged . IS : « What ON EARTH happened out there on that piece of grass earlier tonight ??? I’m an amateur at this , a believer , and (for most of my life , a desperado) when it comes to MY aka OUR football club .
I want to be mystified , astonished and amazed by watching ten players in Lillywhite shirts ( GK in Jennings - green) but NOT like this . Apologies for the rant and reckless use of words and your time . I’m a virgin, it’s my first time , I didn’t mean to do this , but I had a few drinks , got worked up and then one thing led to another- whammy. Be nice and respectful,

Back from the match. Weird feeling. Quite numb and not even sure I really care. Why should I when the club is where it is.
This match was possibly the worst quality game vs the Chavs I can remember. Two awful teams. Throw in the modern day fans at SB, VAR and the realisation that these players, staff and our Chairman are taking an extraordinary amount of money home from what they make out of us by serving up this tasteless slop year after year, and I honestly can’t be bothered to care. PL football is gone. It’s a hideous, plastic, materialistic pile of crap.
Our fans tried their best but we were clearly not up for it today. Set-up was a shambles and we had no real game plan. Tactics were just dreadful. Result was inevitable.

As I’ve posted before, the whole culture and setup of our club is entitled, pampered, mediocre drivel. But they’ll all be back at the TC enjoying their luxury bubble, laughing their arses off at the mugs who fund their lifestyle.

Unless something wild happens like a sending off or them hitting the woodwork twelve times, I don't see how it happens unless there is some radical change between now and then. Team looks like they've given up and have nothing left to play for.
City will be first to everything and run rings round us. I don't think we have the motivation or focus to face them down on any level, even considering hilarious football meme potential. To beat City you need to have a team that will concentrate for 90 minutes, be clinical, and not make mistakes. I don't see that in us at all.
